Please note, we ship via DHL so tracking numbers can be searched at the DHL website.

USA DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping carriers are experiencing significant delays. Please allow 3 – 10 business days for your order to arrive.

Expedited Shipping: 2 – 6 business days

UPS 2 Day: 2 – 4 business days

We are closed on the weekends & holidays.

We apologize, but once orders have been placed, they cannot be changed, due to our outsourced shipping facility’s rules.

jolyne.shop is not responsible for replacing packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses, as entered by the customer, so please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order! We DO NOT guarantee that any changes can be made after an order has been placed no matter how quickly we are contacted.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

Two notes for our friends north of the border:

1) Customs. When you buy on our website and deliver to an address in Canada, the package goes through customs. Sometimes it’s quick, sometimes it takes a couple weeks. And it’s hard to predict, so we kind of just have to keep our fingers crossed.

2) COD. Depending on where you live in Canada, the delivery service may charge you an additional delivery fee when they deliver your jolyne.shops. This fee is charged by customs, and doesn’t go to jolyne.shop.
